At Fleurs Damour Dubai, we understand your need for your flowers to be delivered on time every time – and that’s exactly what we aspire to do. We make every effort to maintain the “look and feel” of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.

Returns

The customer may request a refund if an item has not been shipped. In the event that an item purchased from f-damour.com has been shipped, we can refund the paid amount minus cost of shipping and wrapping. However, to guarantee the freshness of flowers, an item cannot be returned for a refund if it has already been shipped and received by the recipient. It may still be exchanged. Please read our exchange policy above.

Online shopping terms and conditions

Our online shopping terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer using the f-damour.com website.

By selecting the “I Accept The Terms & Conditions And Privacy Policy” checkbox you accept and agree to be bound by these on-line shopping terms and conditions, the Privacy Statement and such other policies as we notify you of from time to time, which together constitute the entire agreement between us. Nothing in these On-line shopping terms and conditions affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.

Fleurs Damour does not deliver outside the UAE

The flowers and materials on the f-damour.com website are sold also from our flower store in Dubai. If you choose to access this website from locations outside the UAE area you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws apply.

We only sell items to adults (those aged 18 or over). If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Every effort has been made to display the colours, particulars and dimensions of items on the website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice. For example, the bouquets are subject to seasonal availability of flowers.
 In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. It’s rare for this to happen but for instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they might be substitute for another colour of daisies, and not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Similarly, purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and red roses also.

We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either:
Offer you an alternative item of equivalent quality and price if this is possible; or
Cancel the item from your order and give you a full refund in respect of that item. or
If we are unable to contact you or if we do not receive a response from you, we will process any remaining items on your order and refund you for the items we were unable to supply.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a non-perishable gift item for any reason, you may return it to our shop for an exchange for something of equal value. Alternatively we will provide a refund within 7 days of the purchase date on your receipt.

You will need to register with us to purchase items using this website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your profile. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please take all necessary steps to ensure that the user name and password is kept confidential and secure. Please inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your user name and/or password has become known to anyone else, or are being, or are likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.

Please ensure the details you provide us with on registration are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to those details (e.g. change of email). You can access and update your registration details using the “My Account” area of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our own discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

To fulfill our obligations to you under these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions we will from time to time communicate with you by e-mail and by posting useful and informational notices on the f-damour.com website. You agree to receive communications from us electronically.

Our Agreement with You

When you place an order to purchase items using our f-damour.com website we will consider this as a commitment and you authorise us to create your order using our time, our staff and our expertise. We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarising the details of your order.

Prices

We try our best to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate. A website involves technology and sometimes errors can occur so if we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will give you the option of either confirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will process your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item and you will be offered a credit to that same amount on your next order with f-damour.com.

Payment

In our online shop we currently accept payment by Bank Wire, Cheque, Collection in person, Cash on Delivery and Paypal (credit card and debit card payments can be made via Paypal). Contact us to discuss other possible methods of payment which may be more convenient for you. We will be putting payment services in place so that we can offer payment via these and further methods: Credit card, Debit card, PayPal, Cash on delivery, Google wallet, Mobile Pay and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

When You Place Your Order with F-damour.com

Your card issuer will be automatically asked for authorisation for the required amount. If a valid authorization is acquired, your card issuer will hold this value expecting a charge from us. Receipt of your credit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of data when you send personal data to us by email so you always have other options to pay and if you’re not sure, you can contact us first prior to placing your order. Please do not send us payment information using email. For details of the security measures we employ please read our Privacy Statement. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to the personal and transactional information you provide to us when placing an order.

Anonymous Delivery

In the event that the recipient does not want to accept a gift anonymously, the gift will be returned to Fleurs Damour. We will adhere to your request to send the order anonymously. However, please be informed that this will only be valid from the time the order was placed until 3 hours after the delivery. For security purposes, the information will be disclosed if the recipient contacts us to confirm the sender details after the given time frame.

Cancellations

If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact our team on the phone numbers provided above and on this website. We always aim to process orders immediately so it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy (below).

However, please note that once we have dispatched items to you, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (e.g. gift wrapping, packaging and shipping). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. When an item is shipped and an order is cancelled, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Incorrect Items

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible. We will check the order to verify and we can arrange to pick up and exchange to / from the delivery address the customer provided in the initial order.

Costs

We will reimburse any reasonable costs you incur if you find yourself in a position where you want to return items to us. Until you return such items the customer should be aware of their responsibility for the care and safe keeping of the items. The items you may return in certain circumstances (please contact us to confirm) are as follows:

items we may have delivered to you in error

items which were damaged on delivery or are defective

Losses

We will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a direct result of us breaching the f-damour.com On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions if those losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us at the time the contract for the sale of items by us to you was formed (i.e. at the point of dispatch and confirmation of your order).

f-damour.com will not be responsible to you or any third party for any business loss (including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data or goodwill) or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from our actions or the actions of our sub-contractors or agents, is consequential or was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when the purchase (contract between f-damour.com and the customer) was formed.

Our liability to you under these On-Line Shopping Terms and Conditions will not exceed the total price charged for the items purchased. Nothing in the On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions on this f-damour.com website page excludes our liability to you for personal injury or death caused by any negligence which may occur on our part.

We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to this website and the Terms and Conditions

Fleurs Damour Trading Ltd (f-damour.com) reserves the right at any time to make changes to this website, to our own On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions, to our Privacy Statement and other such policies. You, the customer will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions which are in place at the time you use the website or order items from the f-damour.com website. Changes which we are required to make by law could apply to orders which you have already made or orders you may make in the future. If any of the on-line shopping Terms and Conditions forming the contract between the customer and f-damour.com are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, it will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

Waiver

If a customer breaches our On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions and we take no action we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in other situations where you are in breach.

Change of Delivery Date for Perishables

Change of delivery date for perishables must be received 24 hours in advance. Any change requests received with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge on flowers and non-edible gifts and 100% charge on edible products such as chocolate, cake, dates, fruit, etc.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount Codes are offered at the discretion of f-damour.com and these can be added and removed to / from the f-damour.com website at any time. Offers presented on this website and to email subscribers are only available through this website and the customer will be able to redeem promotional and discount codes by adding the code to their online order or indeed by contacting us only at the time when the order is placed. Our special offers are only applicable for domestic deliveries within the UAE and subject to availability, delivery rules and times. Additional surcharges may apply. Offers cannot be combined, and offers / discounts may not be available on all products and may be subject to restrictions and limitations. A customer’s order must be placed prior to the expiration date provided for the discount code.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is only applicable to standard time slots in the UAE.

Free Shipping is only applicable either with the use of the available coupon codes or at the specific discretion of Fleurs Damour Trading LLC / f-damour.com

Free Shipping is not applicable during peak times due to very high demand (eg: Valentine’s and Christmas season).

Refunds

For flowers and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will always make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers provided for plants will look as close as possible to the containers displayed in the product images. It may be necessary from time to time to provide substitute items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery to the customer.

Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery. If flowers you requested are not available, we will make every attempt to contact you using the methods of contact you provided in your order. If subsequently we are not able to reach you via (for example: the phone number(s) or email address) you provided, we will aim to substitute to match the closest flowers/color available at that time.
